These notes and comments have been written to assist you in understanding the areas of Pattaya and to help you make the correct decision about the location of your proposed next home in Pattaya.

You will find several spellings of this area; Bang Sare, Bangsare and Bang Sa-re but they are all relate to this little piece of paradise at the southern tip of Pattaya.
Bangsaray covers the west side of Sukhumvit from the end of Na Jomtien/Ban Amphur down to Satahip and the hills on the eastern side of Sukhumvit, running parallel with Bangsaray Beach.
This area is a popular and expanding area with houses, pool villas and condominiums; both low-rise and high-rise towers.
Wherever you are you are just moments from expanses of sandy beaches.
The industrial zones and international schools are easily accessed from here.
The new highway extensions will make travelling to schools, the industrial zones and the airports far more convenient.
There is a good selection of Local and Bi-Lingual schools in the area with the main international schools being Tara Pattana International School, Rugby School and Regents International School.
There are numerous local Thai restaurants and large food markets in the area.
Bangsaray area has more than its fair share of good seafood restaurants offering delicious, cheap, fresh seafood; often eaten in a restaurant set on stilts out over the lapping sea.
Seafood restaurants as Rimhad Seafood Restaurant and Preccha Seafood Restaurant are the most popular with Thais and westerners alike!
International restaurants such as La Taverna and Chilli are respected eateries in Bangsaray along with the restaurant at Bangsaray Club, and there are numerous restaurants and coffee shopps dotted about.
If golf is your game you will find PhoenixEastern Star and The Royal Thai Navy golf courses easily accessible.
In Bangsaray village you will find banks and 7/11 convenience stores.
